Threading being one of our most successful and
popular courses, the staff at the academy travel
the nation teaching this demanding depilation treatment
and immaculate brow shaping. Salma with her knowledge
and expertise in threading has been involved working
alongside HABIA assisting to set the National minimum
standards for threading hence we have such demand
and popularity within this subject.
You don’t need any previous qualifications
to enrol onto this course as all courses are designed
for learners from beginners to advanced level. Salma’s
Beauty academy offers two levels of qualifications
for this unit NVQ and insurable courses.
NVQ Level 2 Threading
This course includes portfolio building, evidence
compiling and a written and practical assessment.
This qualification allows the successful applicant
the opportunity to progress further into other
areas such as: NVQ Level 3 Depilation, NVQ Level
3 beauty therapy, Electrolysis, Waxing, Advanced
waxing and many many more
The course will cover different methods and techniques
of threading on different parts of the body and
also eyebrows shaping. Salma’s Hair &
Beauty Academy offers all the support, advice
and tuition needed to successfully complete this
module
Fast Track Threading Course
This course is catered for people across the board.
It is an intense one day course that covers different
techniques of threading and also eyebrow shaping.
The course teaches students to shape the brows
without the use of tweezers. Everything needed
on the course will be provided students will also
be given a special thread that originates from
the middles east. It’s strongly recommended
that students arrange models to practise the practical
aspects of the course for 1.30pm and 3pm if this
is a problem then the academy can try and arrange
for models but cannot guarantee models therefore
students may have to work on each other. Upon
successful completion of the course students will
be issued with a certificate nationally recognised
and insurable by BABTAC (British Association of
Beauty & Cosmetology) & The GUILD Of Professional
Beauty Therapists. After completing this course
student are able to progress further onto doing
the NVQ Level 2 Waxing, Brazilian waxing, Advanced
waxing, and many more.
