Course Content

This course is delivered to students who have a keen interest within this area.  Reflexology is a non invasive technique using pressure to certain areas of the feet and hands where the internal body structures are mapped out.  The course will teach you the mapping of the zones and how to use specific pressure point massage techniques to work on reflex points on the hands and feet to free the flow of energy and enable the body to heal and work in synchronisation and harmony.

 Fast Track

This course is covered over two intensive days.  As a pre-requisite students must have completed the distance learning Anatomy and Physiology course to enable them to understand the functions of the human body.

Learning Path

Students successfully completing this course can progress further onto the full NVQ in Body Massage, Diploma in Holistic Therapies and also further their skills in, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, HOPI Ear Candling and many more Holistic Therapies.
